Do you have a great high-dea, workshop, training or discussion that you’d like to present at NCF? Enter the 2024 Session Selector Contest for your chance to be featured on one of six Education Pavilion Stages at the festival on April 19 and 20, 2024. With two full days of festival fun, we’re seeking twice the number of proposals.

THINGS TO KNOW

• NCF’s Session Selector Contest is an opt-in contest designed to amplify the voices in our community

• Selected sessions will be scheduled as 30-60 minutes in length depending on the theme, number of participants, session plan, and schedule in the pavilion

• Sessions should have no more than 4 speakers per discussion/workshop/demo, etc.

• If your session is selected, all of your speakers will receive complimentary Weekend Early Entry Passes that will give them access to NCF through express lanes on both days of the festival. In addition, all speakers are invited to attend the NCF After-Dark VIP Parties on both nights the festival

• NCF does not provide travel compensation for speakers so please take that into account when applying/inviting folks to take part
